I was double charged accidentally and when I tried (within minutes) to cancel one of the orders I was told they could not cancel it because the warehouse already had the orders. I cancelled my membership and account, I was then charged the following month. Terrible company. Terrible service. They do seem good products but just buy them from amazon and save the hassle. FYI they will always promote crap you do not want, buyer beware
I narrowed down my list in the cart to 5 items and ordered ($37-39). Now all of sudden I have been charged for $70! And was told "I cannot cancel the order" why I have been charged for something I did not order! I am assuming it is some system error. But it is not helpful at all when the company does not want to fix the problem! All they say is "cannot cancel the order" so I have to pay for what I did not order!?!?!?

Grove has messed up my last THREE orders. 1st they sent and charged/sent me $75+ products I did not buy--had never bought. They sent me a shipping label and took it back, no charge--great (as it should be). Next month, sent me something else we did not order, they dropped the charge (apparently based on the previous stuff we did not order)--OK, that's fine. This month they offered a free gift if I ordered early. Which I did, but NO gift. Every month they auto stick stuff in our cart, and every month now we have to go through each item individually and unsubscribe, and save, so we don't get stiffed for items we did not order. Next month it will all be back in our cart and we'll have to delete everything all over again. For all this green talk they've actually expanded our household carbon foot print with returns/extra labor. What a hassle!
Easy to follow to choose your items, easy reminders to know when it's time to adjust your purchases, and ease to put hold on. I love the convenience of skipping months as needed, the minimum purchase price is a reasonable amount, and I've been delighted with all the products I've used!
Bad experience with this company, I canceled immediately and still a year later I have been scammed! They took money out of my account for membership. The they Flooded my account with emails and when I replied cancel to everyone they just kept sending them, stay way not a good company!
I love Grove!!! Especially helping me go tree-free in my home and how fast my shipments arrive!
Love Grove. Great products that are helping family do better for the environment. From the friendly notes on the box to the emails offering free samples and gifts, my experience since joining has been positive.
This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They have excellent product, prices, service, communication, and an easy to use web site. There are incentives for saving but no pressure and ads to badger one. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to use natural, safe, and environmentally responsible products and packaging and save time and money. It’s a win- win,

I ordered a full starter pack from Grove for $55. One of the glass bottles came with a defective nozzle. I reached out to Grove within 24 hours of receiving the box and asked to have the nozzle replaced. They declined citing sustainability reasons and instead gave me a $3 credit on my account to use on my next purchase and I could get a nozzle at that time. I declined and let them know since I had just ordered a large box that I had no plans to reorder for the next 4-6 weeks and I really just wanted the nozzle so I didn’t have to wait 4-6 weeks to clean my glass. I then immediately got a refund of $12 for the glass bottle that I didn’t request. Which that was nice-but I just wanted a nozzle; not a credit or refund. I was emailed by Samantha who states they don’t do that and they now consider the matter closed and that’s the best they can do. I emailed her back to let her know that I would actually like to use their 30 day return policy and receive a prepaid shipping label to return all items. So although I support sustainability efforts (why I chose Grove in the first place); I can’t fathom why a company would not replace a small defective part of their product to sustain their finances and keep a customer.
Update-Michael emailed me back as I asked how to go about sending the glass bottles that are full of water and concentrate. I was told by Michael to dump them out and include the empty concentrate bottles in my return. In the meantime, I discovered a second bottle also is defective. So Grove is willing to give me a prepaid shipping label to return my items, have me dump cleaner down the drain, waste their employees time sifting through my return, will probably throw out the used items—all instead of sending me a replacement nozzle.
Edit: The canned answer below shows how much Grove cares about their customers. Bottom line is they gave me something defective and told me I would have to order more products from them to ensure they are not just shipping one small part. I returned it all and urge anyone to reconsider shopping through Grove.
I have been using grove for over 4 years and I love it. They have quality products (their own brand) and offer other products such as method and seventh generation at great prices. Grove is the only place I purchase my cleaning and paper products from. I love that they care about the environment and are doing their part to protect it by using recycled plastic and paper products made from bamboo. With covid shipping has been delated but they are doing their best and always communicate to let you know. Any time I have had an issue they have been polite and have resolved immediately. Defiantly recommend!
These products are amazing! Since the pandemic started they have been a lifesaver, I have gone through a ton of Mrs. Meyers hand soap, hand sanitizer and disinfectant cleaner. Grove always had what I needed when the stores in town didn't and it came right to my door step, no need to go anywhere. They have the best smelling fragrances then any other place I have shopped before, waaay better then B&BW without blowing my budget. And the free gifts are great! I am a VIP and get a box every month and can't wait to open it even though I know what's inside. Every time I get an order they have a hand written message on it wishing me a Happy day :) I just can't express how much I love Groves products and how much they mean to me. Thanks Grove! From another satisfied customer ♥

Thrive Market seems to be similar to Grove but with less shady practices.

They email you when you order so you can reply directly to those emails. So yes.

SCAM. Y'all know that so why ask the ppl you've stole from and created a lot of problems for me during a time I had health issues!
